MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES

On Tuesday, February 28, Cedar Creek hosted Mark Stromenberg of Hashtag Hope to speak on mental health & suicide. Mark offered a brief crash course on the topic, as well as resources in helping support those we love who are struggling. If you’re looking for support in your understanding of these important topics or in how you can support your loved ones, please check out the recording from Mark’s talk that night.

On Sunday, March 13, 2022, Cedar Creek hosted author/speaker Brett Ullman to give his talk on mental health and the journey to restoration. Brett offered a view of mental health and wellbeing that integrates psychology, medicine, and the Christian faith. If you are struggling to make sense of what to think about your mental health as a believer, we’d encourage to playback the service from that day.
