The church facilitates several options when it comes to giving.  Regardless of the option you choose we need to issue a envelope number to you.  This doesn’t mean you have to use physical envelopes, its simply a method we use to make sure we can issue accurate tax receipts at the end of the year.  If you don’t know your envelope number or you wish to have a envelope number assigned to you please select the link below and a member of the finance team will follow up with you.

Once you have a envelope number you can use one of the following methods for giving.

Option 1  Online Giving through payment services with your bank

This method allows you to use your online payment services through your bank account.
1) Login to your banking account (TD, CIBC, RBC, BMO and Scotia)
2) Select payment services
3) Add the payee Cedar Creek Community Church
4) Your Account Number is your envelope number as 4 digits plus the fund you want to donate to
GEN – General Fund
CAS – Care and Share
MOR – Mortgage
COL – Coldwater
If your envelope number is 999 and you wish to donate to the General fund your account number would be 0999GEN.
If your envelope number is 999 and you wish to donate to the Care and Share fund your account number would be 0999CAS.

5)You can then setup a payment frequency of your choice.  When you need to change the amount or frequency you can edit the
details at any time.  You can also setup multiple payments automatically using different accounts.  You could give $50 every
month to the General account and $10 every month to the Care and Share fund.

Option 2  Physical Envelopes

This method allows you to use traditional offering envelopes that you would place in the offering plate during a Sunday morning service.  Check or cash can be used.  The envelopes we use are generic so you may need to write on your number if they haven’t already been identified.  We would ask that you not place post dated checks in the envelope.  Deposits are processed the following Monday and posted checks need to be held until the date for deposit.  If you need envelopes please select the link below and complete the form and we will have envelopes prepared for you.

Option 3  PAD Pre-authourized Account Debit

This method was very popular in previous years however with changes in technology many have switched over to using their online payment services available through their bank.  We still can support this method but would encourage you to take advantage of the online payment  services  option instead as it allows for a much greater level of flexibility and control for you.
